With the development of of society and economy, more and more parents hope children can receive early education with high quality. However, there are many errors in their education idea and the way, serious damaging the children’s physical and mental health. This study tries to help parents to build the correct view of children and education Understand the basic rules and characteristics of children’s learning and development, the establishment of reasonable expectation, so as to implement scientific conservation and education with “the guidebook”.This study mainly adopts the action research method, and begins with the problem of parents in the current educational practice, in order to plan, implement, observation, reflection continuous cycle forward four steps.Firstly, with the aid of Framework "guidebook", through the questionnaire, observation, interview, collective discussion and other means, we understand the existing problem of parents in the class. There are Mainly following problems: deviation exist in expectation of development of child, the traditional way of learning, ignore the game and life; have high requirements for the children in the traditional field of study, but in life, character training is too low to children’s needs; Pay attention to the learning results and ignore the learning process; the horizontal comparison against children, praise broadly, but cannot focus on children with concrete development; just look at the results, ignore learning quality; irrational and unscientific evaluation of children, evaluation building on transverse contrast and unrealistic expectations.Then, according to the "guide" directory, to help parents establish children’s all-round development, the overall development of consciousness; according to the principles that the "guide" should insist on proposed by the instruction of implementing "guide" ing, we helped parents establish a scientific view of education; according to the "guide" target, we help parents establish reasonable expectation; we guide the parental education behavior through the "guide" the education.Through the study we found that, in the use of “guide", the effective ways to guide parents are: driving experience, site work style, establishment of files for kids’ learning, discussion of educational decision-making team, video sharing.
