Autonomous learning is a new learning style that the new curriculum advocates,and the independent spirit is an important power to promote the development of human civilization.But the reality is that on the one hand,the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,informationization,a learning society put forward the objective request for individuals' autonomous learning ability and learning how to learn,life-long learning have become modern people's survival skills;on the other hand,the author in the junior high school chemistry teaching practice experienced that the teaching mode based on teachers' teaching deprive students' position as the subject of study,which seriously hinder the development of students' autonomous learning ability.Comparison between the two,the author deeply realize that it is necessary and urgent for us to change the teaching mode and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability.Therefore,based on analyzing the feasibility of training ninth grader autonomous learning ability,the author analyzed the autonomous learning teaching mode research results both at home and abroad through the method of literature review,learned about the ninth grader'autonomous ability in chemistry learning and teachers' teaching behavior promoting students' autonomous learning through the method of questionnaire survey,and based on the survey results,builded the junior high school chemistry “guide-autonomy-guide”teaching mode under the guidance of theories of the zone of proximal development,humanistic learning theory,constructivism learning theory and metacognitive theory,and finally carried an empirical research on the mode using the experimental study.The research results include:(1)The survey of students' autonomous learning ability shows that most ninth grader' active consciousness of chemistry learning is not strong,lacking learning methods and monitoring of their learning process,and they pay little attention to theevaluation and summary of the results of study.(2)The survey of teachers' teaching behavior promoting students' autonomous learning shows that,the relation of the teachers and students is harmoneous,but there is a psychological distance between them;teachers' instructions to students are much more than the guidance and inspiration;teachers' guidance of learning methods and assessment of learning outcomes to students are less,too.(3)Combined with the survey results,building the junior high school chemistry“guide-autonomy-guide” teaching mode from the target,theoretical basis,connotation,structure,operation procedure,teaching strategy and the principle of implement in theory.(4)Providing an analysis of application and effect of the junior high school chemistry “guide-autonomy-guide” teaching mode in the ninth grade chemistry teaching through a concrete teaching case.(5)Teaching practice shows that the junior high school chemistry“guide-autonomy-guide” teaching mode can help to improve students' ability of autonomous learning and academic performance.
