China takes the promotion of the reform and development of preschool education as a crucial decision today. Preschool education plays an important role in economy and people’s livelihood, which not only leads to the enhancement of the preschool education’ social status, but also focus on how to improve the preschool teachers’ qualities. Preschool normal school has a responsibility of meeting the needs which society request to the faculties of preschool education, so does the training of mathematics. So the mathematical literacy training strategy of the students who study in preschool normal school has a practical significance.This article starts from the requirement of the society and the contradiction of the students who study in preschool normal school, then define what math accomplishment is and its factors through the literature material and components, finally clarify the preschool teachers’ mathematics quality requirement. Collect the information about the preschool student mathematical cognition and study habits. Analysis the current situation of the students mathematics study. And then combining with the case and mathematics literacy training strategy from three aspects, which are the concept of the preschool students, the management of teaching materials and exercises and the teaching plan and design.
