In the process of early childhood development and learning of mathematics is very important, children in the elementary education stage. Not only is figure, magnitude, geometry of the basic concepts of the children of the church, but also need to cultivate children’s use of mathematical knowledge to solve mathematical problems ability, and cultivate students’ scientific and rational attitude. From this point of view, it can be seen that the teacher’s math literacy requirements for kindergarten teachers are relatively high. In 2001, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "guidelines for Kindergarten", and in March 2016, the outline of the contents of the supplement. In the program, the quality of preschool teachers should have a clear and detailed requirements, of which the scientific literacy, mathematical literacy to do a detailed.Academic research on mathematical literacy has always been a hot issue, but for young teachers and students of mathematics literacy research is relatively small. This article uses the literature method to define the related theoretical concepts of mathematical literacy, citing the international standard PISA test questions as the mathematical literacy level test questions. Then the test results were analyzed, and the control requirements of young teachers and students occupation accomplishment are compared, finally improve young teachers and students of mathematics literacy strategies.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the literature review, through literature analysis, discusses the domestic and foreign related research results of mathematical literacy, analyzes the connotation and denotation of mathematical literacy.The second part investigation, this test mainly was prepared for students of the third grade school teachers and in-service kindergarten teachers S. Through the investigation,on the current situation of preschool teachers’ mathematical literacy, the overall status of the kindergarten teachers’ knowledge of mathematics literacy, mathematics ability of preschool teachers.The third part analyzed the status quo and preschool teachers’ professional standards.The fourth part to improve their mathematical literacy strategy put forward three suggestions:1, accelerate the teaching reform of mathematics teachers in schools;2, improve the students’ interest in learning mathematics;3, in the teaching process of mathematics thought.The fifth part is the conclusion summarizes the current situation of young teachers and students of mathematics literacy, summarized the causes of the situation, points out the development of young teachers and students of mathematics literacy strategies.
