The need for innovative education to cultivate innovative talents,innovative education needs innovative high-quality teachers,teacherr's teaching innovation is the key to the classroom teaching mode innovation.New classroom teaching needs more rich classroom interaction,the real needs of teaching environment.At present,The higher normal colleges and universities are exploring a new pattern of classroom teaching,my tutor subject carried out based on the research used to some elements of Sand plan practice teaching mode in thecurrent situation of classroom teaching of the preschool children's music education in S school On this basis,to explore the construction of systemized Sand plan practice teaching in the concept of classroom teaching mode of the higher normal colleges and universities.Sand plan practice teaching mode is a kind of experiential teaching mode.The application and Practice for the characteristics of education in information technology,in the practical situation,let the students practical exercise,cultivate students'comprehensive use of knowledge ability,in order to optimize the normal universities to provides the opportunity to cultivate pre-service teachers teaching.This article mainly uses the origin,development and application of the method of literature Sand plan teaching mode,for collecting,analyzing,inducing and summarizing,then propose enlightenment and significance of cultivating the ability of pre-service teachers according to the Sand plan teaching mode.In addition,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview and observation method to analyze the current situation of classroom teaching of the preschool children's music education in S school in March to July 2016,On this basis,to explore the building of classroom teaching mode according to the concept of Sand plan teaching of normal universities.This research is made up of five parts,respectively in the introduction,research design,analysis about classroom teaching of the preschool music education,construction of classroom teaching mode,research conclusion and reflection of Sand plan practice teaching of normal colleges and universities.The first part introduced the selected topic's background,research purpose and meaning and related theoretical basis.By introducing the background of Sand plan teaching mode and application in college teaching present situation,which provides reference for the sand table in the concept of practical teaching classroom in normal universities,as to carry out the theoretical basis of this study.The second part introduces the design of the research.To state the research from the objects,contents,methods and tools of establishment and measured.The third part is the core content of this research.They are the teaching present situation,problems,reasons of the preschool children's music education.To carries on the analysis discussion of the S school's the pre-school music education,by adopting questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation research methods,analyze from the present situation of teaching and students' learning status,find the following problems of preschool children's music education:First,the teaching content is rich,but weak pertinence;Second,the teaching form is flexible,but scattered organization management;Third,the teaching resources is diversity,but lack systemic;Forth,the teaching evaluation is multivariate,but poor feedback;Fifth,the students'music quality is uneven,the overall weaker;Sixth,the ways of learning is single,and poor consciousness.At the same time,I analyzed the reasons of these problems.The fourth part is construction of the classroom teaching mode according to the Sand plan practice teaching model of normal colleges and universities.To elaborate four aspects from the overall train of thought of constructing teaching mode,the teaching design,security strategy and the advantages and challenges.The teaching design is described from seven aspects:student situation analysis design,teaching principle design,teaching content design,learning goal design,teaching and learning strategy design,teaching process design,teaching evaluation design.The fifth part is the research conclusion and reflection of this study.
