Bachelor of applied technology is a modern vocational education system in relatively high levels of education, people usually known as the application type undergraduate, the object of this study refers to the undergraduate course colleges and universities, it is to train advanced professional talents in, in order to achieve this goal, Bachelor of applied technology should be in all aspects of the curriculum reform, in order to ensure the quality of graduate employment. However, the quality of graduate employment has always been a confused, even if there is a one-sided, piecemeal. Because it is one-sided, fragmentary, a direct impact on the pace of education reform, the quality of education, so we have to improving the application undergraduate course colleges and universities graduate employment quality of feedback, in order to ensure application technology undergraduate senior applied talents. Therefore, this paper will study the mechanism of two-way feedback from the graduates.. Why study from the two-way feedback, because the one-dimensional feedback is one-sided, need to understand the quality of graduate employment from a multi-dimensional perspective. And the quality of employment of graduates of measure often appear a temporary deal phenomenon, of graduates quality track to continue to develop, so this study proposed construction mechanism, to ensure that the application type undergraduate education and training applied talents. The author has long been engaged in the first graduates tracking survey work, and is responsible for the Guangzhou h college graduates’ employment quality tracking. Through this thesis taking h college in Guangzhou for example try on application undergraduate course colleges and universities graduate employment quality two-way feedback mechanism for empirical research. This thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter illustrates the definition of the topic, literature review, research methods, innovation and core concepts; the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of this thesis, which is a comprehensive quality management comprehensive human development theory, theory, information theory and engineering innovation school engineering theory; the third chapter is the analysis of the connotation of the employment quality of two-way feedback and categories of graduates applied technology colleges; the fourth chapter respectively from the two dimensions of graduates, employers, and the mechanism of combining two dimensions after operation; the fifth chapter H college in Guangzhou as an example of case study; the sixth chapter analyzes the application technology of college graduates the quality of employment of two-way feedback mechanism results from four angles. Through this research, I expect the application undergraduate course colleges and universities pay more attention to the graduates’ employment quality of two-way feedback, to seize the country to vigorously develop modern vocational education opportunity and actively build the quality of employment of graduates of two-way feedback mechanism, a mechanism to promote the development of application technology of universities and Colleges of undergraduate course.
