In recent years, with the constant improvement of the athletes sports level and modern people’s attention of the fitness industry, explosive force training gradually become the focus that people chase, which behaves particularly outstandingly in the sports industry.This project is based on the condition of swimmer explosive force training study, developed a set of explosive force test and analyze system of data collection and analysis, to the athlete explosive force training and fitness enthusiasts puts forward Suggestions on scientific training.The power system is mainly divided into two parts:lower place machine and upper computer.The system under a machine is mainly divided into three parts:the first part is the collection of explosive force data,it includes a pressure sensor and a speed sensor module, they mainly translate the explosive pressure and acceleration respectively into the corresponding analog quantity and digital quantity;The second part is the processing of data, it mainly includes the SCM for tension analog A/D conversion, single-chip microcomputer interior for acceleration digital signal processing;The third part is the data transmission part:it is mainly a to explosive data transmission by single-chip microcomputer to the computer wireless data transmission module, convenient for the research and development of the PC software.PC part finally realizes the function of this system is not only in a single measurement of explosive can be drawn from the corresponding optimal weight value, also can give the maximum power curve under different load, prescription and scientific training, the coach for a scientific discipline.The main work includes:1)The selection of the transducer.Pull the access to chose a large range, high precision YZC-516 strain sensor;Speed of access to choose two options:MMA7455 acceleration module and EE-SX671 photoelectric switch, through two kinds ofsolutions can be easily using different installation way;Data transmission adopts the mainstream CSR bluetooth chip, bluetooth 2.0 support agreement;Microcontroller driven by speed, on-chip resources and ability, low power consumption of AVR microcontroller, using ATMEGA16 chip.2)The calculation of explosive force.After get tension sensor simulation data to convert the modulus get traction;After get the acceleration sensor on the integral get speed on time, or after photoelectric switch pulse signal based on speed is equal to the distance divided by the time to get speed;According to the real-time tension and speed data to calculate the explosive force, pulling multiplied by the speed.3)The best weight.Explosive force training load best choice, in fact, is to find their corresponding blocks, maximum power system after the boot, will record the current load blocks, and then, at the beginning of the training with the "rival" to get maximum power value, at the end of a training, which blocks corresponding to maximum power in memory;And change the blocks for training, the system has the same operation.For all after the training, click the "results" button, the program will be different blocks under the maximum power of comparison, find out the maximum power, finally got the most powerful of the blocks, which get the best load explosive force training.4)The preparation of the PC software program.Mainly is to realize the bluetooth 2.0 communication, data transmission and computing, after get the real-time data of a machine,PC to bursts of speed-time,pull-time, the power-time curve for display, and to find maximum explosive force,under different load is the maximum when the power of the load, the best load taken explosive force training.Reuse the corresponding fitness theory to evaluate athletes training and fitness,guide the athletes training and guidance for scientific fitness gym.
