With the proposal of "Made in China 2025",intelligent manufacturing has entered a stage of rapid development. At present, microcontroller positions highly related to intelligent manufacturing require a large number of high-quality skilled talents, and many secondary vocational schools have also established majors related to microcontroller positions. However, due to the late start of some secondary vocational schools, the accumulation of curriculum resources in the field of microcontroller is relatively small, and there is no specialized course suitable for cultivating microcontroller talents who can meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing. In order to improve the above situation,it is necessary to redevelop the microcontroller courses in secondary vocational schools,so that graduates of these schools can adapt to the work related to microcontrollers. The purpose of this study is to redevelop the course "Microcontroller Technology and Applications" in secondary vocational schools.Based on the theory of systematization of work processes, the course design is carried out in combination with the actual work projects, and the teaching context of the course is constructed based on the corresponding work projects in the course design.Firstly,a questionnaire was used to investigate the talent demand of employers for microcontroller related positions, clarifying the necessity of enterprise job requirements in course development.Secondly, through interviews, discuss and formulate curriculum goals with frontline teachers in secondary vocational schools, and combine theoretical paradigms with practical projects to design teaching. Finally, the course project of "Single Chip Microcomputer Controlled Flowing Water Lamp" is used as an example for teaching practice, and a questionnaire for evaluating the effectiveness of course implementation is distributed to students to collect feedback information on the teaching practice.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the learning situation of students in the experimental and control classes in teaching practice, the following conclusion can be drawn: using a systematic work process paradigm to redevelop the course "Microcontroller Technology and Applications" for teaching can effectively improve the self-learning efficiency, programming skills, circuit debugging level, and knowledge transfer ability of vocational school students,These improvement effects have important practical significance for vocational school students to engage in future work related to microcontrollers.
