| In swimming events,strong upper body strength can not only provide good forward momentum for swimming,but also improve the explosive power of swimmers.In short distance swimming events,athletes’ explosive power is highly required,and the contribution rate of upper limb chain in swimming sports occupies a large proportion.Unilateral tension training to the upper arm strength special training more targeted,bilateral tension training is a kind of traditional upper limb training can effectively improve the strength of explosive force training method,in this paper,by comparing the unilateral tensile training and bilateral training,explore a short swim meet special movement characteristic of upper limbs explosive force training method,on the upper body strength training method for short distance swimming athletes provide certain scientific reference.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experimental research to carry out the research.In the experiment,students from the swimming team of China swimming sports college of Beijing sport university are selected,and 16 athletes at the level of level 1 and athlete level are selected as the experimental research objects.The 16 subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 8 people in each group.The experimental group underwent unilateral tension training on the Tech Trainer power trainer,while the control group underwent bilateral tension training on the Tech Trainer power trainer.After the 6-week training,the integrated electromyography value,power increase range,power difference between arms and other indicators that can reflect the training effect were tested.The test data were recorded and sorted out for mathematical statistical analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Unilateral tension training and bilateral tension training can significantly improve the explosive force of upper limbs of short-distance swimmers.According to the data analysis of the power training tester of Tech Trainer,the power of the experimental group and the control group increased significantly before and after the experiment,while the increase amplitude between the two groups did not change significantly.(2)Unilateral tension training has a better effect on the balanced development of left and right arm strength of short-distance swimmers than bilateral tension training.From the data,it can be found that the difference between the values of the experimental group before and after the training decreased,while the difference between the values of the control group before and after the training did not change significantly.(3)Unilateral tension training can more effectively increase athletes’ muscle recruitment and prevent swimmers from injuries.It is difficult to narrow the difference between the left and right arms in bilateral tension training.Due to the uneven strength of the two arms,it is an important factor for many injuries to rely on the unilateral transition.(4)Unilateral tension training and bilateral tension training should be combined with each other in the training process.Unilateral tension training and bilateral tension training are helpful to swimmers in terms of training effect.For athletes with a large difference between the left and right arms,emphasis should be placed on unilateral tension training.When the athletes’ left and right arm strength is relatively balanced,bilateral tension training can be combined. |
