The stand or fall of mathematics learning, not only depends on the students own understanding ability, also depends on mathematical teaching view held by the teachers themselves, including mathematics, mathematics teaching cognitive view and teaching view, it is a complex, embedded belief system, is not only one can decide, but influence each other, are intertwined.Under the guidance of new curriculum concept, theory of teachers of mathematics should also keep pace with The Times to update their knowledge, and use it to guide their teaching practice.So the study of mathematics teachers’ mathematical teaching is especially important.Research of this paper is through the form of questionnaire and classroom activity, interview to understand the teacher mathematics teaching present situation, through the mathematics view, cognitive view and teaching view three dimensions, analyzes its influence on teaching practice, and the different stages of teachers offer certain reference for the teaching.Hope this study to improve teaching quality of teachers have some targeted help, also hope to rough place of this research is burke.Full text is divided into six parts, the preface of the paper selected topic background, the meaning of thesis research and method were discussed, related literature and the research process, and then to the connotation of the concept of teachers of mathematics teaching and its related concept is defined, in order to build a theoretical framework. Combining explore "flip" class, "isomorphic with class" and "lesson with heterogeneous", describes the characterization of teachers of mathematics teaching, through the observation of the teacher’s classroom behavior, and teachers’ interviews, analyzed the mathematics teaching idea behind the behavior of classroom teachers, from students’ participation, the use of multimedia teaching, teaching language, math embodies four aspects analyzes the teacher mathematics teaching idea and its impact on classroom teaching behavior, finally after the clear meaning of teachers’ mathematics teaching theory, analyzes the teacher mathematics teaching idea for the optimization strategy of classroom teaching behavior.Research shows that the sampling samples of mathematics teaching has significant effect on teaching practice, teachers of mathematics at the same time because of the influence of the factors such as teaching experience makes mathematical teaching view and not all embodied in the practice of teaching, so teachers should constantly update their knowledge of pedagogy theory, examine its mathematical teaching view and teaching behavior.
