High level university retired athletes is refers to the universities through certain ways to recruit into the University, and represent the University in CUBA League college students because of age, injury, or the performance of competitive state, no longer engaged in school basketball training and competition, and needs to exit the school sports team, approved by the relevant departments of the University retired athletes. High level college basketball because of retired athlete in school trained professional background, so more than the average amateur basketball players technical and tactical ability is more comprehensive, basketball consciousness is stronger; but because of the high level athlete most universities retired for years, with the increasing of age, physical decline, high working and training contradictions, resulting in its technology level is not up to his best form.This paper selected to participate in the twelfth sports meeting of Hunan province adult men’s basketball game in high level of retired athletes as the research object, through the analysis of Hunan province university high level of retired athletes offensive and defensive contribution rate, find out the factors of university high level athletes in Hunan Province, the contribution rate of impact, thus obtains the result and suggestion. This article uses the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, video observation, mathematical statistics and inductive analysis and other research methods.The results of the study:1, the Hunan province of college culture of high level basketball players in their retirement to play heat, using their own professional skills advantage in large-scale sports competitions, so as to promote the development of Hunan province basketball.2, the Hunan province university high level group of retired athletes in the offensive and defensive end contribution rate is high, but because of differences in location scale differences, teams of high level group of retired athletes on the field will lead to high level group contribution of retired athletes teams on both ends end rate difference.3, the Hunan province university high level of retired athletes, rebounds, assists the individual scoring, steals, blocks the contribution rate high, foul contribution rate is low, the high level university retired athletes is the team the main points and the attack on both ends of the core of the organization end.4, Hunan province university high level of retired athletes will adult group men’s basketball team in the final at the twelfth sports of Hunan Province, the high rate of retired athletes, teams of high level than small retired athletes defensive contribution rate is higher.5, the influence factors of Hunan province high level of retired athletes race contribution rate mainly include: athletes age and injury factors, physical factors, work factors and training coaches factors.
