Study On University Students’ Ideological And Political Education Strategies Under The Background Of Network Culture

The 18 th chinese communist party stresses that “Adhere to the education is to service for the construction of socialist modernization,the high education’task is cultivating people who have virtue to build Chinese socialist better and better”.According to the spirit of the report,university students’ education must adapt to the needs of modernizationin the new period,.Moreover,it should pay more attention to the cultivation of University Students’ Ideological and political and moral quality. In the modernization process,diversified network created a new cultural form which is "network culture".Network culture has advantage in Party’s policyand learning new knowledge.At the same times, network culture put forward a subject of its canonical development.In the first of this paper’sbody expounds the network culture’s basic connotation,elements,characteristics and basic theory of Ideological and political education of college students that related with the network culture.Secondly, network culture brings two kind of influences to the ideological and political education of university students. Study of network culture’development focuses on the negative influence to development ideological and political education of college students.Furthermore,chapter 3 is emphasizing the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political education of University Students under the network culture background. In the end of the paper, chapter 4 is using the theory to guide the practice. The purpose is to provide the strategies about the strengthening University students’ Ideological and political education.These strategies cover improving the ideological understanding, strengthening the system construction,improving the legal publicity and supervision mechanism, enriching the campus culture,and improving quality of teachers.In short, the development of network culture and ideological and political education of university students are built on real circusments.This paper wants to make full use of the advantage of network culture to service university students’ Ideological and politicaleducation.
