Ideological and political theory courses in universities undertake the spread of Marx's theory and socialist core values,the main position and the main channel of ideological and political education in universities.The effectiveness of its education is closely related to cultivate qualified constructors and reliable successors for socialism.Therefore,how to better improve the effectiveness is necessary for network culture era.The satisfaction of students in Ideological and political theory course is an important index to evaluate the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses.This article adopts the methods of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.Through the designed questionnaire analysis,summed up the positive and negative influences of network culture on ideological and political theory courses.The following positive influences are proposed:the technology of network innovates teaching mode,the network information enriches teaching resources,the network platform expands the learning time and space.The following positive influences are proposed:negative network culture weakens the students' interest in learning theoretical knowledge,impacts the mainstream ideology of teaching,and affects the correct values set up in the classroom.Based on descriptive statistical analysis,a mathematical model is established to verify and predict the impacts of network culture and other factors on the effectiveness of ideological and political theory.According to the results,the factors affecting the effectiveness include online time,online courses,teaching content and curriculum value.In view of the findings,the following suggestions are proposed:improve the teaching content to give play to the energy value of classroom teaching,advocating "Flipped Classroom" model to improve the strength value of teaching,enhance the teacher's own quality to enhance the charm of teaching,improve the management mechanism to protect the health index of the spread of network culture.
