Teacher professional identity is a concept involving professional cognition, professional behavior and professional will.As we all know, construction of good teachers is the key to improving the quality of education. And the improvement of teaching level must pursue the teacher individual internal, active professional development, which requires teachers to have a higher level of professional identity. In addition, professional identity in increase teachers’ psychological well-being, promote the students’ healthy development and so on various aspects of the role is to be reckoned with.The particularity of early childhood education object makes it teacher faces more career confusion and problems. some researches just have been attention to the phenomenon. And explore effective strategies for teachers’ professional identity to ascend. At the same time, the researcher found that in practice there are some outstanding teachers at preschool teacher groups. They are patient to each child, actively explore the education teaching method, timely add new knowledge, receptive to new ideas, able to work actively treating problems and confusion. So why they can be so? What influences their attitudes toward career? To solve these problems can not only promote the excellent teachers’ development, but also provide experience information and reference for the growth of many ordinary teachers.This study adopts the method of narrative research, with a good kindergarten teachers as the research object, tells the story of work. In understanding the research object of life experience at the same time, expect to give the preschool teachers based on their own. This paper includes the following five parts:The first part, the issues raised. This paper describes the process of research methods origin, research questions, significance and research.The second part, the literature review. This paper defines the related concepts, analyzes the relevant theories of teachers’ professional identity and professional identity through the past researches.The third part, teacher leaf’s narrative. This is the main part of the paper, including the introduction of teacher leaf,and the teacher’s career story.The fourth part, the analysis of teacher leaf narrative. And evaluation of cognitive, emotional ownership, career awareness, behavior analysis of the significance of the four dimensions.The fifth part, multidimensional inquiry of teachers’ professional identity. This part try to explore the main influencing factors on teacher leaf’s professional identity and from the researcher’s point of view to understand teacher leaf’s career story.
