Non-professional teacher is a special group of Junior-middle-school in Rural Areas. They are faced with complex social choice and psychological conflict. They are also facing the double pressure, including the special rural environment and "non-professional". It gradually becomes the occupation experience and "unstable group" of the dual structure in urban and rural economy.To solve this problem, on one hand, we should pay attention to the development of their professional cognition, including the professional knowledge, professional values and professional ability, and so on. On the other hand, we should also pay attention to their professional environment, emotional development, the life world, the demand of professional development and the value of life desire, pay attention to the job satisfaction, career achievement and occupation of belonging. To sum up, we should focus on the change and development of non-professional teacher’s professional identity of novice teachers, skilled teachers and competent teachers.As a result, through the following four parts, I mainly discussed non-professional teacher’s professional identity of junior-middle-school in rural areas from three dimensions, including professional cognition, professional emotion and professional environment. The first part is the introduction, mainly including the origin, The significance, the method, the content and ideas of the research. The second part is the theoretical interpretation, it has expounded the identity, professional identity, teacher’s professional identity, rural teacher’s professional Identity, non professional teacher’s professional identity. I make a analysis and explanation of these concepts and research status. The third part explores the change and development of three non-professional teacher’s professional cognition, professional emotion and professional environment through depth interview, these three teachers include novice teachers, skilled teachers and competent teachers.The fourth part is the conclusion. First of all, I analysis the characteristics of non-professional teacher’s professional identity in rural junior middle school; Secondly, I explore the influencing factors about the development of non-professional teacher’s professional identity in rural junior middle school as well as the key factor in different career stages; Finally, through pursuing the career development path of the non-professional teachers in rural junior middle school, I revealed the strategy that the promotion of the non-professional teacher’s professional identity development in rural junior middle school.
