With the increase of Tai chi learners, some learners have different levels of pain in knees because of Tai chi itself demands higher strength on lower limb. In this paper, we take a female who is 47 years and Wu Ying level old as experimental subject. We took “parting the wild horse’s mane” of Yang style Tai chi as experimental action and use KISTLER three-dimensional force platform, VICON motion capture system, DELSYS electricity acquisition system, kinematics of acquisition system combined with literature data method, expert interview method to analyze and compare experimental data of high and low position right or wrong action. Our aim is to provide the theoretical basis of how Tai chi makes pain or damage for knee and enable learners avoid problems in Tai chi exercise to achieve good effect. We got the following conclusions:1、The time of " part the wild horse’s mane " correct action and experimental cycle is significantly less than wrong action because right knee displacement of wrong action is longer and right foot had excessive torsion.2、Elevated position action, right knee always stay buckling condition in correct action but wrong action flexion and extension change is bigger. Correct action adduction angle were greater than wrong action, and at the second stage, the wrong action produced an abducent angle. Correct operation posterior condyle ankle is smaller than wrong action, especially at the third stage, wrong action posterior condyle ankle is too large.3、Low position action, correct operation buckling angle is always greater than wrong action in action cycle because of low gravity center, but at the second stage, wrong action produced hade. Correct action adduction angle were greater than wrong action, and at the second stage, wrong action produced an abducent angle. Correct action outreach angle always smaller than the wrong action.4、Wrong action, the right knee joint can produce greater outreach moment and external screw torque which takes main exercise. Compared with the wrong action, left foot operation torque will be bigger in correct action. This shows that subjects the left leg provides torsional moment body needs when subject complete correct actions, which makes foot torque smaller in the motion of right leg turn. It is advantageous to finish the technical movement smooth.5、At the first stage, the difference of left and right leg biceps femoris muscle root-mean-square amplitude in correct action is bigger through the analysis of the electromyographic, but it is smaller in wrong action. This shows that left leg power was larger when she completed correct action, and the left leg force torque on the ground isbigger. But right leg power is smaller and corresponding torque is small. Wrong action is contrary. At the second stage of wrong action, the right leg vastus medialis muscle and vastus lateralis muscle root-mean-square amplitude is greater than the right action. It shows that power of right leg is greater when she was making wrong action.
