The fitness Qigong Baduanjin,as a traditional Chinese sports health project,it's a typical representative of the combination of body medicine.As a favorite exercise project,reasonable technical action requirements and scientific practice are important links to achieve the fitness effect.at present,the elderly and sports rehabilitation groups are not clear about their physical quality,and they are not accurate in the details of the action,which results in knee joint pain and other phenomena in the exercise of health care.excessive wear of knee joints,such as the low posture of Taijiquan,the same is seventh type similarity method,which is characterized by long time,squat stance,pressure load on the knee,during the exercise of the knee wear large,long-term overload exercise can cause chronic injury of knee joint,Therefore,the technical specification analysis can provide effective advice to guide the crowd.In this study,Trignotm Wireless System and APAS image analysis System were adopted to conduct kinematics and surface emg analysis of lower limb movements in the movement process,the stress load of the knee joint and the effect of combining the lower limbs were discussed.Draw a conclusion:1.In kinematics and surface emg analysis,the smaller the Angle,the longer the overall action.In the three point pattern,the lower the center of gravity and the smaller the hip angle,the closer the torso angle is to 90 °,So knee flexion squat 135 ° and 120 ° showed better stability,the increase of integral electromyography of lower extremity muscle group is obvious,The 120° of knee joint flexion and squat relative 135° integral myoelectricity value growth amplitude slowed down,The intramuscular and lateral muscles of each group were more obvious.So,muscle fatigue increases during exercise,knee flexion squat squatting 120 °relative to the 135 ° of muscle fatigue more,the need for better protection of the knee.Holistic analysis,Knee flexion squat 135 ° and 120 ° can effectively exercise the effect,Look from the level of fatigue knee flexion squat 135 °exercise is more suitable for beginners.2.Analysis of knee joint force.the pressure load of 120 degree knee joint was maximum,The muscle fatigue of lower limbs reached the maximum,cause knee instability,knee joints are more prone to wear and tear,not as a long-term exercise option;Relative knee flexion squat 135 °,moderate pressure load,the EMG value increased significantly,but fatigue under bending squat 120 °,reduction of knee joint wear;knee flexion squat 150 0 on the whole smaller values of the joint load and muscle electromyography,exercise the effect is weaker than the other two angles.For beginners and general population,the use of middle position can reduce the wear of knee joint caused by excessive amount of exercise,and avoid injury.Suggestions:1.In the seventh form of the seventh form,we have to make the most of the time to control,to choose a high,neutral,low position,and to extend the momentum and the buffer time,to improve the motion and to achieve the desired effect.2.In the college promotion process,analysis of fatigue degree of knee joint and lower limb muscle group,knee flexion squat 135° can serve as the general population and beginners to exercise for a long time,knee flexion squat 120° Angle can be used as a physical higher population appropriate exercise.
