Research purposes:In order to provide better service for the public exercise practice and promote national sports, the reasons of knee-joint injury of badminton amateurs were analyzed on biomechanics. The research offers scientific basis and references to badminton amateurs on taking active preventions measures and minimizing damages maximum.Research objects:There are total 100 people, badminton specialty graduate in Xi’An Sports College and badminton amateurs who had 2 or 3 years badminton experiences in some clubs, were taken as questionnaire objects, and 18 of them were chosen as experimental test objects at last.Research methods:In this paper, experiments about the reason for knee damage in badminton were mainly done. The test subject was asked to step up front around the net, at midfielder step around, jump to kill the ball at the backcourt in a multi-ball exercise mode. After taking technology videos for the test object, professional software was used to taking kinematic analysis. Finally, the appropriate index correlation analysis was carried out.The results:1.The research found that the reasons of knee-joint injury of badminton amateurs focus on meniscus injury, patella strain and ligament damage. And meniscus injury is the largest proportion, accounting for 48% of all types of injury, followed by patella injury accounted for 27%, the lateral collateral ligament injuries accounted for 22%.2. All actions of the knee meniscus injury, there are 70.1% of the action that knee bending angle is between 90°~120°, and lower extremity strength endurance quality performance is significantly lower than the average of the other two quality. In order to kill the ball in the backfield, the speed parameter is significantly higher than the patella injury as well as ligament injury.3.Among all patella knee injury actions, there are 69.8% that knee bending angle is between 120°~140°. Lower limb speed endurance and sensitive quality scores were significantly lower than the average score of strength endurance, but up front about stepping Internet action the speed parameter significantly higher than meniscal tear, large lateral collateral ligament injury.4.Among all the action caused knee ligament injury, there are 63.4% of the action that knee bending angle is between 140°~160°. The badminton amateurs’ speed endurance quality performance score was significantly lower than the average of the other two qualities. While stepping around the midfield the speed parameter is higher than the meniscal and patella injury.Main conclusions:1.The main reason for knee injury is meniscus, followed by patella injury and ligament injury.2.The main factors affecting the meniscal injury include:knee bending angle moves in the range of 90°~120°; lower limb strength endurance quality is poor, the take-off speed of movement to kill the ball in the backfield is relatively large. Meniscus injury is often caused by long-term repeat flexion, rotation and straight when jumping to kill the ball in the backfield. Especially lower limb has weak strength endurance quality with exercise load reaches a certain level.3.The main factors affecting the patella injury include:the knee bending angle with lower limb movements within the range of 120°~140°, leg speed endurance as well as speed sensitive quality movement are weak, the velocity field before stepping Internet operation is relatively large.Patella injury is the main cause of frequent use of the Internet frontcourt stepping motion and leg speed endurance, speed sensitive quality movement is weak and when the load reaches a certain level patella continue to be the role of friction will cause the patella injury.4.The main factors affecting the lateral collateral ligament injury include that the knee bending angle with lower limb movements is within the range of 140°~160°, and extremity special qualities of lower limb is in weak Speed Tolerance and stepping around midfield is often at a relatively large movement speed.Collateral ligament injury mainly because badminton amateurs stepped around the midfield too often and leg speed endurance qualities is too weak. Especially when long-term knee flexion movement the load reaches a certain level will cause repeated ligament injury.
