Research And Comparison Between China And America National Content Standards For Entrepreneurship Education

National Content Standards for Entrepreneurship Education is widely used by the education designers as the reference to develop Entrepreneurship Education, acting as the guidance and instruction function, it’s the knot that combines the Entrepreneurship Education theoryand the practice.Entrepreneurship Education curriculum was first established in USA, entrepreneurship acting as a powerful engine that boosts the economic development of USA. The American political leaders,economics and education researchers thoroughly believe that establishing a firm entrepreneurship culture could help individual and collective entrepreneurship obtain maximum success in local areas,in their country and even in the world. In order to help teenagers succeed in the entrepreneur society,and broadcast the essential entrepreneurship experience, in June 2004, funded by the Kaufmann foundation the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education established the National Content Standards for Entrepreneurship Education.In recent years, Entrepreneurship Education develops very fast in foreign countries, meanwhile in China Higher Education attempts many ways to cultivate entrepreneurs. The Education Department’s document “Opinions about thoroughly Improving the Higher Education Quality” clearly points out that “Entrepreneurship Education should thoroughly implanted in the whole process of education, and establishing the basic requirement for the higher school’s Entrepreneurship Education,developing Entrepreneurship Education curriculum, and it should be involved in the GPA management ”. In August 2012,Education department officially announced the “Basic Requirement for the Entrepreneurship Education of the Ordinary Higher School(Trial)”, this is the first construction for the higher school Entrepreneurship Education.Higher importance was attached to the Entrepreneurship Education, and gradually split from the original education, and the Entrepreneurship Education System was formally established.This paper is an in-depth study and comparative analysis around the respective background,core concept,main content and implementation methods in the National Content Standards for Entrepreneurship Education and the Basic Requirement for the Entrepreneurship Education of the Ordinary Higher School(Trial).Through the study and analysis of the American entrepreneurship education content,combined with the present status of the entrepreneurship education in our country at present stage and the existing problems,put forward specific suggestions to provide multiple perspectives and ideas for colleges and universities of the formation and development of the Chinese entrepreneurship education content system.
