The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) held the21st Century Education International Seminar in Beijing,1989. During this seminar, a new educational concept called "Entrepreneurship Education" carried out, as the next generation’s the third passport.In1999, a new educational policy for expanding the enrollment at all the colleges and universities put effectively in China. In addition, the transformation of the economic structure and industrial structure, the incomplete employment mechanism and the limitation of the graduates’capability lead the labor force in an imbalance condition between supply and demand.As a cradle to cultivate and nurture talents, colleges and universities should carry the responsibility of entrepreneurship education. World economic integration and Chinese entrepreneurial talents scarcity condition drives colleges and universities should continue to learn, explore and improve the concept of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial approach. Aims to generate a high quality sustainable development group with a pioneering spirit, innovative capability, risk bearing awareness, social responsibility and practical ability. To realize the target of solving the employment conflict as well as to provide a powerful human resource for Chinese innovative sustainable development economy.The article is comparing the entrepreneurship education between Sweden and China. By analyzing the differences between the two countries in the process of the entrepreneurship educational development through literature, the history and interview approaches, and the article aims to find out the deficiencies of the development process in Chinese entrepreneurship education. Ultimately, by learning and absorbing the advanced experience and philosophy from Swedish universities reach to advance development of Chinese entrepreneurship education. The article starts with the comparative analysis of the entrepreneurial development history, venture policy and entrepreneurship institutions between China and Sweden. In-depth, it compares the different social cultural and education background, the education target system, curriculum system, and teaching pattern and guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education between the two countries.Finally, in accordance with Chinese national condition, to further strengthen our entrepreneurship education, the colleges and universities should, establish a correct concept of entrepreneurship education and clear about the entrepreneurship education goals. At the same time, they also should build the professional entrepreneurship education curriculum system, and constantly enhance faculty. Lastly, they have to improve entrepreneurship education safeguard mechanism in order to assistant graduates from "school study" to "self-employed".
