Promoting the balance of education, and achieving equity of quality, is people’s expectation on high-quality compulsory education in present times. Advancing the quality of classroom instruction is the significant measures to improve school curriculum and implement high-quality education. High-quality lessons concentrated reflect the teaching ideas and methods in special period. The thesis with the entry point of junior high school, tries to compare and analyze high-quality lessons under the background of curriculum reformation, expect to summarize the teaching characteristic of high-quality biology classroom in junior high school, and put forward reasonable suggestions about classroom teaching reform.Firstly, this paper adopted the method of literature, combing the existing research of high-quality classroom teaching characteristics and biology classroom videotapes, thus summed up the feature that high-quality classroom should have. Secondly, with the method of video observation and comparative research, the six high-quality classroom videotapes was encoded, contrasted and analyzed in four dimensions, which included instructional objection, lesson structure, instructional content and the way of teaching. On this basis, this article summed up the feature of high-quality classroom as follows: all the instructional objections are achievable and operable based on students development; students have sufficient time for effective learning; instructional content related closely to the reality; the questions could effectively promote the development of students’ thinking; teachers gave timely feedback and contributed to students understanding of knowledge effectively.Finally, aiming at the questions of instructional objection expression, instructional content settings, classroom questioning that exist in high-quality lessons and the requirement of current class teaching reform, the author proposed suggestions which included attaching important to promote rigorous in the biology classroom instructional designs, teachers should be good at enlightening students put forward better questions and actively explored various modes of teaching.
