The innovation in information technology always leads to the development of educational technology. Digital television and the Internet has gradually become one of the channels for students to get extracurriculum information. Biology Science is a beginning for students to understand the nature and the secret of life. In order to improve the learning efficiency,various of information access and curriculum resources should be used by teachers to assistant teaching, micro-video, which is characterized by terseness and conciseness, has become an kind of significant learning resources in biology classroom teaching.The study aims to improving the effect of classroom teaching in biology by using micro video resources, after looking into the concept of "microvideo", getting a good knowledge of research situation at home and abroad,and confirming the feasibility of micro-video resources and value it has on biology teaching, together with the teaching practice experience, the researcher used methods of questionnaire and interview on biology teachers and students in junior middle school to find that it is very common to apply micro-video resources on biology teaching at junior middle schools. At the same time, a few problems exist in the process of operation, such as the acquisition of micro-video resource, the combination between micro-video resource and teaching structure. Most students who are readily to accept micro-video resources, find it helpful in their attitude, interest and style of biological study; According to survey results and the practical experience of teaching, the researcher summarize the principle of selecting biological micro-video resources, the methods of acquisition and processing, by taking biology textbook for the seventh grade as an example, the principle of micro-video resources for application get illustrated, case are designedaccording with different teaching states in order that application strategies and suggestions in the micro-video resources get displayed. Finally, typical cases are chose in teaching design to show the value of micro-video resources in biology teaching. The related resources about the biological textbook for the grade seven are listed for reference.In this study, the researcher pay attention to how to obtain micro-video resources suitable for classroom teaching, how to effectively integrate microvideo resources into classroom teaching from the view of modern education technology, how to improve teachers’ idea about modern education as well as their operational abilities, and how to elevate teachers’ professional quality.Biology education devote to offering students a joyful biological discovery n and a better understanding of the value and significance of "biology" via micro-video resources, eventually to have a positive guidance and influence on student’s during their growth, Much more excellent teachers are expected to participant into the study like this.
