The Positive And Negative Effects And Countermeasure Study On Foreign Athletes In Chinese Men’s Professional Basketball

Along with the global integration, globalization in basketball has been promoted more faster. Communication between the international basketball powers are growing frequency.It’s not only embodied in the the learning and drawing upon the tactics and experience of each other,but also expressed in the active introduction of foreign players.So as to get an infusion of fresh blood into our league,and to move to higher performance levels of our own.The Chinese basketball Association( hereafter referred to as CBA) started relatively late.It has been 20 years since its foundation in 1995.Since the introduction of the first foreign aid, more than three hundred foreign aid have been active in the CBA.They become a scenery line in the league.It can be said that the introduction of foreign aid has become a common trend in today’s basketball development of China.And it’s also an important presentation and a corollary to the healthy development of CBA.Meanwhile, due to the introduction of foreign aid is still at an early stage,the introduction system needs perfecting in management.If we can explore the introduction course of CBA league about foreign aid,analyze the positive and negative effects of foreign aid to the CBA,and summarize the successful experience and deficiency among them,It is of far-reaching significance to introduce foreign aid more reasonable, manage them through a scientific and effective methods,and maximize the positive function of foreign aids.So it can promote the healthy development of CBA league and China’s basketball career.This thesis using literature method, expert interview,video observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to do composite analysis on the background,methods and personal situations of foreign aid among the 20 seasons of CBA.The results of the studies are listed as follows:1.The introduction of the CBA league in the foreign aid mainly from the United States. The joining of foreign aid brought an advanced basketball culture and philosophy to CBA,and greatly enhance the ornamental and competitive level.2.The introduction of foreign aid have stimulated internal motivation of the local players,arouse the enthusiasm and self-confidence of the team.To accelerate learning on advanced basketball tactics and excellent basketball culture,and boost the development of local basketball.3.As the foreign aid come from different countries and regions, they have language communication barriers with the local plays,which led to a lack of communication and understanding during the ordinarily training.So the team’s overall level has been affected.4. As most coaches prefer to use foreign aid,they set up special tactics for them,while neglect the original team tactics.Which destroyed the old team styles.It deeply affected witnessed healthy development of local team.5.It’s a tough and historic task to realize the healthy and sustainable development of CBA league.The introduction of foreign aid needs continuous exploration.It’s the most urgent situation to build a reasonable system and a practical management approach of foreign aid.
