Primary school-oriented early childhood education has a long history for restricting our high quality kindergarten education develop. In November,2014,The Ministry of Education,National Development and Reform Commission and The Ministry of Finance published 《About carrying out the second period of 3 years of Kindergarten action plan’s opinion》.For the Primary school-oriented early childhood education,the issue come up with the first grade education should be “Starting from zero” and strictly prohibit to teach the kids(from 3-6 years old) primary school knowledge in advance. Prophylaxis and treatment of the Primary school-oriented early childhood education is emphasized again. This paper investigate 10 kindergartens by means of documentary method,observational method,interview survey method,so as to gain the performance and on this basis to analysis the reason of the Primary school-oriented early childhood education and then try to find the solution which is suitable for the current stage.This paper consists of four parts:The first part——The raise of the problem, tease the background of this research,the significant of this paper and the method of this study.And then do the literature review for the relevant article, conclude the relevant viewpoint.The second part——Choosing 10 kindergartens to begin the survey, using observational method, interview survey method. Systemizing the data and combined with the discovery of observation, the Primary school-oriented early childhood education perform in five parts: Using “read-write-calculate” activity to replace the game; Excessive the knowledge’s quantity and difficulty; The teachers’ infuse and exercise are the main method for the organization and implement of educational activities; let the kids obey the rules of the class strictly; The teachers use the score to evaluate the kids development.The third part——based on the quality supervision to analyze the Primary school-oriented early childhood education. The government’s responsibility vacancy for the kindergarten education; the kindergarten education without a wholesome supervision system; the teacher transfer from other part; school-run kindergarten and so on are all the reason why kindergarten education have a “primary school tendency”. And then, using these reason to give a strong theoretical support for finding the solution of this study.The fourth part——the government should clear and definite its own responsibility,establish a third-party intermediary evaluation organization, strength the kindergarten’s own supervision are all the solution for the Primary school-oriented early childhood education.
