Rule is a specification, a regulatory, a written document specified.And it is a measure of the competitive level of each athlete level, the regulations to the referees, coaches and athletes. The rapid development of Athletics is good for "Wushu competition rules"(hereinafter referred to as "the Rules") to continues to improve and revise the direction.Meanwhile, the "rules" continuous improvement also promoted the rapid development of competitive martial arts movement. This paper is to analyze the changes and development trend of "rules", while the prospect of the development trend of Athletics, in order to provide better training direction for coaches, athletes, better service development in Competitive Martial Arts movement. In this paper, the literature review, comparative analysis, logical analysis is used for the study of version 9 "rules".
