The humanity and instrumentality of Chinese made the relationship of Chinese and the culture even closer. How to retain and innovate the culture of Oroqen that should be solved from perspective of Chinese teaching. Facing the situation of Oroqen’s language is endangered and the Chinese teaching is imperfect, there is a question need to considered, how to counterpoise the relationship between Ethnic culture and Chinese teaching,how to develop balanced.Oroqen Middle School is the only one national middle school, that is a Multi-ethic modern school, and most of students are Oroqen ethnic,they access to education in this school. At the same time, they inherit the culture of Oroqen in the school. The relationship between Chinese and Ethnic culture is closed: the Ethnic culture can be expressed from Chinese resources, and students can experience the Ethnic culture from the humanity of Chinese teaching.This paper will make an overall investigation on Chinese teaching in Oroqen Middle School. Some methods like interview, questionnaire and field survey were adopted and by the methods, the author knows the present situation of teachers and students, courses and Chinese textbooks,as well as teacher’s teaching methods and the students’ s ability of Chinese learning. Analyze on them,to find advantages and disadvantages,to explore the reasons that results in the question, and find some measures to improve.The purpose of this paper is to improve the standard of Chinese teaching, balance the relationship with culture of Oroqen. This paper includes four parts. The first part is the introduction of Oroqen National Education. The Ethnic Education of Oroqen, Ethnic Chinese Education development, and some surveys on Oroqen and the objects,methods and purpose of the investigation are presented in this part.The second part focused on the analysis of the Chinese teachers,the use of textbooks and Chinese teaching in Oroqen Middle School by analyzing interview,field survey and test-papers.The third part summarizes the advantages and some questions in Chinese teaching in Oroqen Middle School and the reasons.The fourth part is the analysis of these questions,at the same time some measures and suggestions were given in this part.This paper has some suggestions from these two respects: on one hand, deal with the relationship between the culture of Oroqen and Chinese course, and make them harmonious. On the other hand, improve students’ ability of Chinese learning by variety of ways, to improve Chinese scores.
