Simple society with small scale has always been the traditional research field for anthropology, anthropologists both at home and abroad had summarized the value and significance of village community research through personal fieldwork practice, that is through a small village to understand the great society. According to this thought, this paper puts its research focus to Tongliao city KeZuoZhong county, BaYanTaLa town,BaoRileDaiGaZha village. a Mongolian village with 168 households.This paper took BaoRileDaiGaZha village’s Mongolian life and culture as research object, based on field research, combined with literature material,comprehensively and systematically described the important aspects of Mongolian daily life and culture such as way of living, customs, language,religion briefs and cultural life etc. Aims “to describe a full scene of the village’s cultural life”, which can maintain the integrity of village cultural life, so that readers can get a full understanding of BaoRileDaiGaZha village’s present life and culture. On basis of this aspects the author tried to analyze the characteristics of production and living style and culture form,further put forward his own points on inheritance and protection of Mongolian traditional culture.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First the BaoRileDaiGaZha has high acceptance for their Mongolian culture, at the same time they can also accept the positive elements of other multiple cultures like Han culture, during this process they are objective and reasonable most of the time.Secondly, under the background of globalization, traditional cultural society is facing irreversible difficulties, thedifficulties that BaoRileDaiGaZha village culture faced contains: decline of traditionalculture, lost of older generation who were the culture disseminator, change of living environment, influence of the Han culture etc. Under such predicament, in spiritual world villagers of BaoRileDaiGaZha inherited their traditional Mongolian culture in terms of building broadcasting station, art troupes etc.Third, under the background of social culture transition, how to inherit and protect good traditional culture while developing economy, that’s an issue need to be further discussed. The case of BaoRileDaiGaZha explains that in the historic process of inherit national culture, the power of civil society plays an non-ignorable role.
