Moral sensitivity is refers to the individual in the face of the complicated situation, sensitive detection of moral problems, for their own decisions or actions may affect stakeholders sensitive forecast, and role of understanding and empathy for others, by the dual effects of cognitive and emotional. Moral high sensitivity of the individual facing the complex situation, acutely aware of the situation of hidden moral problems; Moral sensitivity low individual even in the face of clues strong behavior,is also blind and indifferent. Good moral sensitivity to help students find the moral problems, prediction of the effects of behavior may produce, and constantly adjust their own behavior, forming good moral quality.Using “the junior middle school students moral sensitivity measurement questionnaire”, investigation about the present situation of the countryside junior middle school students’ moral sensitivity, the study found that: rural junior middle school students’ moral sensitivity high overall water as medium, but its development has a downward trend year by year, 14 years old is the turning point of moral sensitivity and its core sensitivity; significant gender differences, girls’ moral sensitivity and the core sensitivity was significantly higher than boys’; whether the difference of left behind children on moral sensitivity is smaller, but still showed a slightly lower than non left behind children in the status of children left behind;served as the class cadre of students’ moral sensitivity significantly stronger than not served as the class cadre of students, especially the liability sensitivity and the norm sensitivity differences.Recommendations from the cognitive, emotion, behavior of multi aspects to further cultivate moral sensitivity of rural middle school students: Give students a high moral expectation, play "I look in the mirror" effect, clear self-concept, and lay the foundation for the development of moral sensitivity; learn to be considerate of others through the empathy training plays with roles, provide emotional support for the development of moral sensitivity; guide the students to return to life situation,through the observation model behavior and peer interaction, improve the individual perspective taking ability, to promote the development of moral sensitivity.
