Teachers’ ethical sensitivity to teaching refers to the ability of teachers to perceive and explain the ethical information contained in this situation during the teaching process and take corresponding measures.This ability to perceive and identify the moral elements in the teaching context is the starting point of the psychological logic of teachers’ moral teaching behavior.Teachers’ continuous improvement of their teaching ethical sensitivity not only helps to improve their own ethical quality,but also helps teachers to be aware of ethical information in time,make decisions and actions consistent with teaching ethics,and achieve the educational goals of teaching.The development and adjustment of teachers’ teaching ethical sensitivity are inseparable from the micro-level influence of sensitivity itself,and even more from the external macro-level constraints.Affected by many factors,the sensitivity of teachers’ teaching ethics shows that the care content of teaching ethics is misplaced,and the teaching ethics sensitivity of teachers shows a tendency of "other discipline",and it is impossible to complete "other discipline sensitivity" to "self-discipline" "Sensitivity",the imbalance between teachers’ teaching ethics sensitivity and ethical practice ability.The reason is that,on the one hand,due to the obscuration of ethical education by utilitarian education,teachers’ knowledge ability has surpassed ethics ability,and professional ethics awareness and low ethics ability make active detection of ethics information the biggest difficulty facing teachers.On the other hand,due to the weakening of the school’s ethical atmosphere and the lack of emotional care in teacher education,the development of teachers ’teaching ethical sensitivity loses the support of external environment,which is not only detrimental to teachers’ professional development,but also hinders the realization of moral teaching.Teachers ’ethical sensitivity to teaching should ultimately be reflected in teachers’ ethical behaviors.Only when teachers transform their ethical consciousness into a practical teaching skill and make ethical teaching behaviors can the value of teaching ethical sensitivity be reflected.Therefore,in view of the problems arising from the sensitivity of teachers ’teaching ethics and its influencing factors,this study discusses the cultivation strategies of teachers’ teaching ethics sensitivity from three aspects.First,in the daily teaching life,teachers can improve their teaching ethics awareness by deepening professional ethics research and activating their own ethical schemas.Secondly,teachers consciously incorporate the ethical dimension into the process of teaching reflection,develop the habit of ethical reflection,increase ethical practice knowledge in the process of continuous reflection,and form wisdom in teaching practice.Finally,it starts from the two aspects of creating an ethical school atmosphere and enhancing the ethical ability of teacher education,improving the practical environment for teachers ’teaching ethical sensitivity,and ensuring the cultivation and development of teachers’ ethical sensitivity from the external environment.
