As the core of mathematics knowledge, mathematical concepts play an important role in the teaching and learning of mathematics. However, due to the mathematical concepts of high abstraction and complexity, there are some difficulties in teaching and learning mathematical concepts. The middle school mathematical concepts teaching in our country, the teachers often pay more attention to teaching but despise self-learning and play the role of knowledge of transport workers, while for the students the context of the mathematical concepts is not very clear. A new round of curriculum reform enable students become the main body of learning, emphasizes the teaching process should take the student as the main body, the teacher as the leadership. The APOS theory was put forward by the American educator Dubinsky in the 80’s of last century is a constructivism theory of learning mathematical concepts, this theory emphasizes the students’ subjectivity, emphasizing the teaching process should combine mathematical concepts with the social reality examples. Students through their own experience, making the two are linked together, so that students go through the formation of mathematical concepts. And the formation of the mathematical concepts need a process, information technology can show the process intuitively and vividly, the integration of information technology and mathematics concept teaching enrich the connotation of the establishment of a mathematical concepts, at the same time it also consistent with the new curriculum reform, that advocates apply the information technology in Mathematics Teaching organically.This paper adopts literature analysis, interview method, questionnaire survey method and case analysis method those four kinds of research methods to analysis and research the integration of information technology and mathematical concepts teaching in the APOS theory. At first, the background of the problem is analyzed, and make a comprehensive analysis and research on the related literature and theoretical basis. Secondly, make a rational analysis to the necessity and feasibility of the integration of information technology and mathematical concepts teaching in the APOS, through the way of combination of interview and questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of the integration of information technology and mathematical concepts teaching in the APOS theory, and analysis of survey data and results. Thirdly, based on the APOS theory as the guiding ideology, make the information technology and mathematical concepts are combined skillfully, design a teaching case to meet the students’ cognitive and thinking of the development, and summarize the principles of the integration of information technology and mathematical concepts teaching in the APOS theory. Finally, make a summary of this study and reflection, and put forward the prospect of research.In this study I obtained the following conclusions:firstly, the integration of information technology and mathematical concepts teaching in the APOS theory exemplifies the subjectivity of students; secondly, the integration of information technology and mathematical concepts teaching in the APOS theory makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching of mathematical concepts; thirdly, our high school teachers’ information technology literacy still needs to be improved.
