Reasearch Of The Link Between Secondary And Higher Vocational Education Management

Secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are interconnected and relatively independent of different stages and levels of education, which are two different vocational education systems in our country. Recently, with the current rapidity of vocational education and the development of social economic situation, a growing number of secondary vocational students get higher education from higher vocational colleges. At the same time, more and more problems also caused the social concern. Such as:Students’ dormitory killings in Jiujiang vocational college, the cult develop their believers in vocational college and so on. The politics-thought education management of the secondary and higher vocational education should cause our attention. In this paper, the author in view of the existing problems in link of secondary and higher vocational education management, the article explores how to combine vocational education of different stages as a whole and find a solution for the recently educational link between secondary and higher vocational education.This paper discusses how to link the politics-thought education management of the secondary and higher vocational education as a whole from four parts. Beginning with definition of category to politics-thought education and the link, the article then analyses the necessity of link between the secondary and higher vocational education management in the first part. The second part, analysis the problem of the link of the politics-thought education between secondary and higher vocational education. The third part, analyse the cause of management disconnection. Such as:the insufficiency of the manager’s ideological understanding; the lack of theory research and communication between managers; the characteristics of management object. The fourth part is the thought and countermeasures about how to link secondary and higher vocational education. Such as changing idea; raise awareness; focus on management; improve the team building; intensify scientific research; innovate communicative forms of politics-thought education managers; establish archives; optimize service; broaden the channels. It is divided into seven parts. Firstly, in terms of ideology, we should improve management of secondary and higher vocational ideological and political education in cohesion policies and systems and increase the emphasis on the management of secondary and higher vocational ideological and political education. Secondly, through open recruitment, training and promoting the management to improve ideological and political education management team of secondary and higher vocational education. Thirdly, we should strengthen the team construction of secondary and higher vocational ideological and political education management, encourage research, promote communication and cooperation of political education between secondary and higher vocational colleges. Fourthly, it’s necessary to establish a coherent political education archives, which can effectively link the politics-thought education management of secondary and higher vocational education. Broadening education management system can promote the effective linking of ideological and political education management in secondary and higher vocational education. Fifthly, it’s necessary to establish a coherent political education archives, which can effectively link the politics-thought education management of secondary and higher vocational education. Sixth, optimize the education environment and guide the enterprise culture management into the politics-thought education management. Seventh, strengthening the link between school and parents, "secondary vocational education, family, higher vocational education" can be an effective mechanism to promote the effective convergence.
