Mental health education curriculum has become an important part of the primary and secondary school education,it also plays an important role in improving the level of primary and middle school students’ mental health and boosting all-round quality education. Hangzhou is the earlier city to carry out mental health education relatively, a series of achievements have been made because of great importance the Department of education Attaches to it. In popularity, each school psychological health education has been basically popularized, schools carry on the mental health education in different forms; In form, some schools open psychological activities regularly, some schools set up psychological counseling room for students, and school mental health education knowledge lecture instruction in the psychological health knowledge in rich variety. In content, learning psychology, emotion management, interpersonal relations, adolescence, self-awareness and career planning are opened with wide coverage and prominent focus; On staffing and equipment, now basically, each school has equipped with psychological teachers psychological counseling room.Mental health education curriculum has been opened for a dozen years, the course itself is constantly being perfect, at the same time, the students’ needs are changing, the opening of the course must be established on the basis of the demand of students, otherwise it will only become a developer’s wishful thinking, Therefore, to develop curriculum which can meet the demand of students in modern times is the job that general psychological education workers need to do. The author visited elementary and middle schools for interviews and investigation in Hangzhou, to do the research of supply and demand relationship on mental health course. The research includes curriculum role, curriculum content, curriculum form, curriculum evaluation, scheduling, and the roles between teachers and students, teaching materials, and so on, it is a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of primary and middle school mental health education curriculum of Hangzhou, Including the” supply “side of the curriculum implementation that is, education workers and their work, and the "demand" side, the students and their needs.And then compare and analyze the commonalities and differences between the“ supplier ”and the “demander”, find out the existing problems, and put forward relevant suggestions, in order to provide practical advice for promoting the mental health education curriculum implementation.This research mainly includes the following three aspects.Firstly, interview research has been made on mental health education curriculum. Interview content centered on eight aspects, curriculum role, curriculum content, curriculum form, curriculum evaluation, class hour arrangement, teaching material, teaching roles and existing problems. through analysis, the author draws the following conclusions Students and teachers reach an agreement on curriculum role and curriculum content, but for the curriculum form, curriculum evaluation and teaching materials,there are big differences.First of all, students are more like role playing, discussion and games, while teachers prefer case analysis in form. Secondly, students hope the teacher to evaluate their certain learning results and give students themselves the opportunity to participate in the evaluation. In the end, it seems that students prefer school-based curriculum which is developed according to the circumstance of their own schools.Second of all, on the basis of the interview research, the author did a survey on the primary and middle school mental health education curriculum. To find the similarities and differences between the teachers’ and students’ views on the curriculum. The author has designed two copies of the same questionnaire, the teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire, which have same content. Both questionnaire is made up of 15 multiple-choice questions and 24 degree questions with same meaning but different expressions. The multiple-choice questions designing is based on the following aspects, the curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum form, curriculum evaluation, teaching materials, class hour arrangement, the roles between teachers and students, teachers, teaching organization, curriculum understanding and suggestions and opinions. And the degree questions is based on five dimensions, the level of goal reach degree, student satisfaction degree, class will degree, the inclination grades degree and teachers’ level of satisfaction degree. Then, the author visited more than 10 primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou, distribute and take back more than 500 students questionnaire and more than 100 teachers questionnaire. Finally, the author use chi-square test and T test methods to analyze the data.Thirdly,the author made policy research of the primary and middle school mental health education curriculum after the interview and survey and five suggestions are concluded. These five Suggestions are simply summed up as "three leadings, three minors" "one lecture, one high school". "Three leadings, three minors",namely, to establish a system that is dominated by teachers’ evaluation and students mutual evaluation for secondary; to establish a teaching system dominated by teachers in class, and advanced students for guidance; to establish a teaching materials system that dominated by school-based teaching materials and class teaching material for secondary. "one high school", namely to establish mental health education curriculum conforms to the high school students psychological characteristics. "One lecture" means psychological health knowledge lecture which can increase student’s psychological health knowledge. Finally the author hope this paper can offer help and reference to mental health education curriculum.
