Some schools haven’t completely prepared to be listed into the urban schools, but as a result of the urbanization process being accelerated, it seems that they are more weak than the original urban schools. In order to take off "weak schools" coat as soon as possible, many schools start sweeping reforms, but to little effect. If a weak school want to keep up with the pace of urbanization, to be a strong school, the first thing it need to change is the teacher culture. If there were lack of the support of deep teacher culture enough, it is very difficult for the school teachers to implement in development and innovation of the course.The contents of this text contain four chapters, the first chapter is the part of introduction, mainly includes the research background, research significance, research review, research design and the innovation of this article; The second chapter is the part of theoretical basis, the theory in this paper mainly according to teacher culture research theory from Andy hargreaves and the theory of teacher culturefrom Meader,which will provide theoretical basis and the strategy can be used for reference for the weak schools to change its teacher culture in the urbanization process. The third chapter is the hard core of this text, the research on the reform of teacher culture of X school in Hangzhou. In this section, the basic situation, questionnaire investigation and results analysis of X school were detailed introduced, the cause and the result, and the path of teacher culture change in X school were analysed. The fourth chapter mainly analyse countermeasures aimed at the weak school teacher culture change and put forward some suggestions.The teacher culture change in urbanization process of X school in Hangzhou was studied mainly though four kinds of methods, literature study, interview, questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, and so on.It was found that the reasons for the success of teacher culture change in X school were as follows: with the resource advantage of running a school unitedly with the Hangzhou Normal University, with the support from government and the socialfrom all walks, and the school’s own efforts. Its path for change: the change of teacher’s spirit culture, system culture change and teachers’ behavior culture change. In which,the teachers spirit culture change is the core of cultural change, system of teachers’ cultural change is the guarantee of teachers’ cultural change, and the teacher’s behavior culture change is the embodiment of teachers in other cultural change.Combined with the preliminary investigation and study of teacher culture change in X school, this text puts forward six suggestions and success measures of teacher culture change: catch hold of the good development opportunity, and seek external support to promote the school overall development; establish the shared vision of school, and stimulate the passion of development; cultivates the core values, and build the school spirit; create a learning culture, and promot the development of teachers; strengthen the consciousness of innovation and build new mechanism of school operating。...
