The State Council Made Decision Concerning Some Problems in Accelerate the Vocational Education Development definitely put forward that “Synchronous planning occupation education and economic and social development, coordinating and promoting human resources development and technological progress, promote education teaching reform and industrial restructuring and upgrading interface supporting. Highlight the characteristics of occupation colleges, strengthen school enterprise cooperation education.” This requirement is put forward in the face of the deepening of reform and the upgrading of industry, emphasized the importance of joint vocational education with enterprise. Especially in the urbanization development today, vocational education look forward to rapid development, enterprises are facing transformation and upgrading, although culture joint content gradually thorough and form start changing, but how to make the school enterprise cooperation to implement, get fusion level promote and need joint period to be longer is the current problems needed to be studied. As well as the key restricted to teach high-quality students in vocational education.This article explored the enterprise culture docking model from three aspects about the external environment of vocational education, internal professional construction and the students. Grasp the cultural changes and cultural conflict theory, training the "T" talents which adapt to the social development from the horizontal expand and vertical depth. Through analysis and practice, we constructed the model of cultural docking which is significant for current vocational education question of docking goal is not clear and docking level is not high.The problem of Vocational education university-enterprise cooperation has drawn much attention since 1991, when the nation no 55 first proposed, "the decision of the state council on vigorously develop vocational and technical education" Scholars have extensively studied for vocational education university-enterprise cooperation in stages. Therefore in the process of this study, we first through the literature research access to a large number of relevant books and searching for a large number of literature from the related of domestic and outside aspects to discuss. Try to query, sorting, analysis, summary, and use of relevant literature to seek theoretical support, so as to enrich and deepen the study of the subject. In addition, on the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this article also supplemented by the historical method and comparison method. From the view of historical carding and summarizing predecessors’ research achievements to absorbs the experiences of other researchers. At the same time, by drawing on the successful experience of foreign vocational education university-enterprise cooperation and combined with their own the truth, made the paper more scientific, reasonable, and more broad vision in the perspective of the comparative study. To sum up the relevant theories and construct the model so as to guide practice and further research.This study argues that the deep culture docking of vocational colleges and enterprises is the key of university-enterprise cooperation. We should explore its related link from their relationship that find out the key points, provide in-depth and all-around advancing step by step, thus the docking system is established.
