With the development of educational democratization,it is necessary to give parents the right to participate in school education.In recent years,under the promotion and support of the education department,some local kindergartens have set up class parent committees to promote homelands co-education,which has become a bridge and link between homelands.The establishment of class parent committee is of great significance for expanding educational resources,increasing educational vitality,promoting family education and forming educational synergy.However,based on the existing research and social reality,the class committee often takes the opportunity of the large-scale activities of the kindergarten to participate in the home activities,which involves the power interaction and game process with the teachers and other parents in the class.Therefore,the participation of the family committee in kindergarten activities is by no means a purely educational thing,but a process of forming a dynamic power network by using the social capital of individuals in the field of education.From the perspective of educational sociology,this study adopted field observation to enter the large-scale activities of home co-education in X park,and comprehensively used the methods of literature review,observation,interview and text analysis to investigate and explore the process of a family committee of a big class in X kindergarten participating in the process.By using the theory of capital and micro-power in sociology,the paper links the surface phenomena with social causes and explores the action logic behind.Set out from the view of sociology,some pta in the action is complex and changeable,so this research adopts the path of "process-events" analysis,put some pta to participate in the activities of the kindergarten two large process as the breakthrough point,through the process of the two cases and analysis,in order to will live birth parent class members to participate in the kindergarten large micro power situation appear in front of the reader.Research framework of this paper is as follows:the first part is the reappearance of some pta event:by recreating the kindergarten to carry out large-scale activities of the specific situation,the planning,describes in detail action plan to participate in the activities of the distribution of the role,communication and interaction of the three sides content,presents the real shape of some pta involved,perception and insight into the class education field hidden power network.The second part is to analyze the micro power of the family committee participating in the activity.From the perspective of power network in the classroom education field,it is found that the process of the participation of the class family committee is essentially a power game between the family committee and the teacher,the family committee members,and the family committee and other parents in the class.Therefore,based on different interactive objects,this part analyzes the power relationship between the family committee and each subject in turn.The relationship between teacher and family committee is discipline and compromise,the relationship between family committee members is resource competition,and the relationship between family committee and parents is instrumental communication.The third part explores the factors that influence the participation of family committee.First of all,social capital is the chip of power competition in the field,which has a power that cannot be ignored to influence the participation of family committee.Teachers with knowledge-cultural capital to lead the committee,the committee members with their own social capital to compete for interests.Secondly,the"habitus" which is precipitated and internalized into the mental structure in the home activity experience also affects the participation of the family committee.The cognition of each subject of the class to the family committee and the formed bureaucracy structure reinforce the passive participation mode of the family committee.Finally,the construction of rules and regulations of the class committee is an external factor affecting the participation of the committee.Due to the lack of rules and regulations of the normative role,the participation of members of the family committee of random,egoistic into the possibility.The fourth part is to reflect and discuss the present situation of the participation of the family committee.Through the analysis of the present situation of family committee's participation in the first three parts,it reflects on the problems of"deviating from the original intention" in the current family committee's participation:the unequal status between teachers and family committee exists for a long time;Members of the family committee use their power to seek unjust interests,etc.In view of these problems,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to promote the equality,justice and sustainable development of the participation of the committee.
