With the development of information technology, the book is no longer the only vehicle of knowledge, many improvements associated with other education and technology have present a new teaching form for us, and the pace of information technology reform is more and more fast. Accompanied with the educational theme as "national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020 year)"(the following referred to as the "plan") had been proposed, the importance of information technology in the compulsory education will get a further emphasizing, it also indicates that the informationized pace will be faster; The flipped classroom as a new teaching model getting more attention, also adding a dash of color to the education information side. Flipped the classroom, make some of the limitations of the traditional teaching be broken, pay more attention to the learning process for learners, teacher-student’s exchange and peer collaboration and communication become the focus of the classroom, has abandoned the traditional decision theory of the single evaluation method, is beneficial to the long-term development of the students.Experiential learning this new education idea is now coming to the quality education, which has fully enriched the humanist education mind, the students’ dominant position and personality development has been more prominent; which show many differences with previous goal of education, it also highlighted the "process goal", which plays a very important role in education. Pay more attention to the learning process, students’ experience, and self-exploration.In this study, combined with a variety of research methods, the integration of experiential learning into the classroom will construct a model for primary and secondary classroom teaching, so as to promoting the flipped classroom teaching concept development in the primary schools. Take the "Mathematics" as an example, based on the flipped classroom teaching model, designing a more detailed course; focus on each stage of the learning process, break through the traditional teaching restriction, highlighting the advantages of the flipped classroom, and the innovation of the classroom will provide a personalized learning atmosphere for students. At the same time, enhance the students’ self-learning ability and team consciousness; teachers should improve their technical level consciously and renew the education concept consciously, in order to adapt to the new requirements of teaching.We aim to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, the find and solve problem ability and collaborative learning ability; through the development of a variety of teaching resources, designing lively and interesting teaching activities, the learners will enjoy this kind of teaching model in the actual teaching process. The results of this study will provide a certain reference for the application of the new model in the reality, integrated the flipped classroom model in primary schools as more as a possibility, and make this model more alive.
