Along with our country new curriculum reform gradually thorough, the flexibility of the abundance of the teaching content, teaching process, the diversification of teaching methods to teachers’ teaching practice has brought the unprecedented impact and challenges, also puts forward higher demand on teachers’ professional development, we need more and more rich practical wisdom of teachers to transform the classroom, classroom’s real life.And focus in the study of teachers’ specialization in our country is "how to make the teaching staff have and reveal the profession in the teaching process should be professional features", the characteristics of teachers’ practical wisdom of teachers’ professionalism is a kind of expression.To sum up, the new curriculum reform calls for teachers to generate practice wisdom, the professional feature of teachers reflect the practical wisdom of teachers, the tendency of today’s smart demand education requires teachers to have the practice wisdom.Because teachers practical wisdom is the core part of professional development for teachers, for teachers’ professional autonomy to further enhance the main conditions, also is the important component of teachers’ individual life development, so the study of teachers generate practice wisdom is necessary.This study adopts the method of narrative research, assisted with the literature method, interview method, based on the existing data and related cases, summarized the value of teachers’ practical wisdom, main performance, main characteristics and the generation process.And try from the teaching content, teaching process and teaching methods from three aspects, and then according to the needs of the theoretical study of nine different development stages of teachers’ representative for the interview.Through comparison and conclusion sums up the obstacles teachers practical wisdom generated by internal and external factors, internal factors are: teachers’ professional development consciousness is weak, lack of teachers’ reflection ability;As well as the external factors are: normal education to teacher professional quality training is not scientific, the school management system of teachers’ professional development and utilitarian orientation for teachers’ practice teaching of the wisdom of the stem.Then explore improve the formation of teachers’ professional development of teachers’ practical intelligence strategy, put forward the perfect teacher professional development of teachers’ practical intelligence generation strategy: the consciousness of active professional development for teachers, teachers develop practical reflection behavior habits, improve the training mode of the integration of teacher education, the echelon construction cooperation teaching culture, implementation of teacher evaluation of the evaluation system.In short, this study tries to guide the survival stage teachers seek independent development, to promote the adjustment stage of teachers’ professional maturity, in order to speed up the professional development of teachers to make their own efforts.
