The teaching practical wisdom and pedagogical theory knowledge are composed of pedagogical wisdom. The practical wisdom plays a very important role in teachers' development, which is the core of teachers' professionalism. It is necessary to research teachers' practical wisdom. This paper consists of three parts:The first part discusses the reasons why forwards "the practical wisdom of teachers". When people more and more concentrate on the development of children and teachers, the teaching system shows its complication, which brings inevitable challenges for the teaching. Under the new curriculum change of basic education, the role of teachers in the change is very important and how can teachers tackle the change? Teachers' professionalism is a tendency of teachers' development, and how can teachers improve their teaching? These problems need us to think deeply. After mastering theory knowledge, teachers also need to generate and promote their practical wisdom in the teaching. The practical wisdom can help teachers resolving the challenges that they are facing.The second part mainly analyzes the practical wisdom of teachers. What the practical wisdom of teachers is? What the relationship between the practical wisdom and pedagogical wisdom, theory knowledge, practical knowledge is? What are the characteristics of the practical wisdom? The practical wisdom comes from practice, what the presentation of the practical wisdom is in practice? The practical wisdom is very important to teachers, and what it meets with in the fact are? This part mainly analyzes these problems.The third part tells the inner and outer conditions that teachers generate and promote the practical wisdom. If teachers want to generate and promote the practical wisdom, they should do their best to study and improve their teaching consciously. Except for the inner conditions, there are also some outer conditions, such as reconstruction of school culture, change of the model of teachers teaching and so on.
