Early childhood education plays an important role in human development and life.Needless to say,kindergarten teachers who undertake the main tasks of early childhood education play an irreplaceable key role in this important stage of education.The practical wisdom of preschool teachers is the educational experience system and the teaching wisdom literacy formed and constructed by preschool teachers in education and teaching practice.It is a wisdom package to help teachers improve their professional qualities,promote children's physical and mental development,and advance the quality of preschool education.It is of great benefit to study kindergarten teachers' practical wisdom to promote the professionalization of preschool teachers and increase their professional life significance.At the same time,study can help children obtain useful experience and promote the development of preschool education.In this study,a case study method was used to select an excellent preschool teacher from a key experimental kindergarten in D province as the case object.Study observed the on-site educational activities of the case and the texts of her working logs,educational narratives,and personal summaries,and conducted interviews with the cases and related personnel on the contents of the activities,the teaching experience of the case,and key figures and events in the career.Then analyzed the growth process and formation strategy of her practical wisdom by observation and interview,for kindergarten teachers to provide enlightenment and reference to promote the development of their practical wisdom.First,the study summarized the concept of predecessors' wisdom and practical wisdom,and put forward the connotation of preschool teachers' practical wisdom,that is,kindergarten teachers' practical wisdom is generated by the interaction of kindergarten teachers in their interactions with themselves,children,environment,and practical situations in the practice of early childhood education.It relies on the teacher's existing theoretical knowledge and individual experience,which specifically embodies that kindergarten teachers adopt appropriate attitudes,appropriate language and behaviors in response to pre-set or temporary issues in their practice activities,and have the ability to respond flexibly and the professional spirit of constantly surpassing themselves.To achieve this “appropriate” state,kindergarten teachers need to actively reflect and summarize theirown educational concepts and educational behavior.Second,from the three aspects of case teacher's understanding of preschool education,preschool teachers and children,the study analyzed the growth process of teacher' practical wisdom.And the case of practical wisdom performed four aspects: care children,look after educational practice situations,concern the environment,and solicitude the teacher's own life.Then,the study discussed the generation conditions of case teacher's practical wisdom from the personal factors and the supportive external environment.Finally,on the premise of theoretical basis and summarizing individual experience,the study put forward proposals for improving the practical wisdom of preschool teachers from the different responsible subjects including preschool teachers,kindergartens and education management departments.Namely: pay attention to education emotion cultivation;Emphasis on professional knowledge learning;Focus on the accumulation of practical experience;Emphasis on the enhancement of continuous reflection;Focus on individual innovation awakening.
