Not only is the school a learning community,but also is a moral community. So the school should be a holy and pure human entities that carry forward the moral, cumulate the moral, cultivate the moral. Primary and secondary school teachers are standing at the front position of molding moral and morality education,they are not only keep transforming and promoting self moral,more to edify and cultivate of the student’s moral.The teacher’s moral leadership is based on the teachers’ correct education values and moral authority, is a kind of influence come from guiding others to follow their moral charm subliminally.At first, the teacher’s moral leadership is a kind of personality,it’s the personality and wisdom charm from the teachera improving self moral and knowledge training.The teachers only in this way can really make the leadership to change and guide self,others and the development of the school. It originates from the cultivation of virtue and personality of teachers’ own quality and teachers’ beliefs of sticking the value of education, and the teachers to the school education an active sense of responsibility and ethical responsibility.So the essence of the teachers’ leadership is formed by the teachers’ beliefs, culture, active responsibility and so on other characters.No matter the teachers in any kind of group activities, moral leadership will have a great influence on the other and the inspirate others.Just like the invisible magnetic field can emit tremendous spiritual power of incentiving, guiding and calling, inspire the students mind, develop their creative spirit, is a permanent and profound educational force in other ways of education can not be replaced.In the current, the primary and secondary school teachers’ virtue literacy is not high, lacking the sense of responsibility, alienating emotion consciousness, neglecting community awareness in the real education scene, it is the main performance of the primary and secondary school teachers lacking moral leadership.Therefore,it should be two aspects that based on both theory knowledge and practice of planning to work hard to construct the the primary and secondary school teacher’s moral leadership.This research is based on relevant research domestic and abroad, conducted a survey on the current status the primary and secondary school teachers’ moral leadership. At the same time, making a thorough analysis by using the parallel theory of leadership, participative leadership theory, transformational leadership theory and teacher education theory,and scanning three dimensions of teachers’ own virtue, the beliefs of educational values and school education active responsibility consciousness.Have find out the features of the teachers’ moral leadership and main factors of affecting the development of the teachers’ moral leadership, exploreing various path of improve the teachers’ moral leadership,and put forward effective tactics that can promote the teachers’ moral leadership.
