School informationization leadership has long been regarded as the princi pal personally, As a matter of fact this view is not conducive to education in-formationization in the practical level. Teachers are the most important key el-ements to carry out the information of the process to the practical level, teach ers are the actual agent, innovators of formationization revolution, information technology promotion requires teachers participate actively in the investment as the first-line agents. To put forward teachers’informationization leadership help s enhance teachers’consciousness of informatization transformation strengthen, ar ouse teachers using information technology in the classroom teaching, in com munication with the parents of the students and colleagues using information t echnology tools. Schools in the process of informatization of teacher leadershi p is indispensable, and teachers play in the informationization in the process of leadership is always underpowered. This paper tries to use lewin’s field the ory from the teachers’main motivation, the school system structure, teachers’ extrinsic motivation factor to elaborate the mechanism of teachers’information technology leadership generated. This paper uses the methods of literature stu dy, questionnaire and interview, through to the seven primary and middle scho ols in Zhejiang province, the questionnaire survey to 189 teachers of primary and middle schools teacher information technology leadership in China is inve stigated the status quo and problems. At the same time, the elementary and m iddle schools teacher information technology leadership connotation and impetu s, the development way of the integrity of the study. The research content is divided into the following five chapters:Chapter 1:Mainly introduces the research problem of teachers’informatizatio n、the difficulty and the innovation points of research, put forward the pur pose and significance of the research, research on the problem of information technology leadership of the teachers, and states the basic ideas and the method s adopted by the research.Chapter 2:Mainly defines the concept of teachers’informatization leadership a nd reviews the teachers’informatization leadership, Combing teachers’informat ionization related articles, and thus find out the factors influencing teachers’in formation technology leadership play, lays the foundation for later study.Chapter 3:mainly from the analysis of the literature and analysis on the basi s of predecessors’research teachers information dynamic leadership of the thre e factors of teachers’factors including demand self awareness, self, identity an d information-based teaching ability from four aspects, the second is, the scho ol system structure from the aspect of school organization, middle managemen t team leadership factors, teacher leadership at the grass-roots level. Three is t hat teachers’extrinsic motivation factors, including the influence of the headm aster’s attitude, colleagues, students, the influence of university information cult ure environment policy motivation, time and space.Chapter 4:Mainly to survey the current situation of primary and secondary s chool teachers’informationization technology leadership present situation investi gation. Investigation from three aspects, teachers’factors, the school system str ucture from the aspect of school organization, teachers’extrinsic motivation fa ctors, Expectations of investigation to find out the present situation of teachers ’informationization technology leadership promotion strategy.Chapter 5:Mainly put forward the elementary and middle schools teacher lead ership development strategy. Informationization leadership generated through th e study found that teachers need school system as guarantee, at the same tim e need to fully tap the inner power of teachers’factors, also need to the pro motion of external factors.
