College Students’ Cultivation Of Moral Ability

Moral choices based on the values of the people-oriented practice in the moral life. It is an activity process that the subject of moral choices to choose init iat ively and consciously from all kinds of moral values whether right or not, which includes the selection of moral cognition and moral behavior. In terms of theory, the choice is an unique judge practice to independent-minded human beings, it exists in the whole process of moral activity. Cult ivat ion of moral choices ability can make the subject’s moral cognition and moral behavior more perfect. Through the internalization of moral cognit ion and the ext ernalization of moral practice to make kind moral choices become the conscious and voluntary act. So as to achieve the cultivat ion of moral choices ability.According to the analysis of survey results, there are numerous problems in the process of college students’ moral choices. Mainly including college students’ indistinction of moral cognition choices, contradiction of moral behavior choices, and lack of moral choices ability. To solve these problems, we need to find out the deep reasons from students themselves, diverse social environment and other aspects. On the base of searching reasons, in terms of moral clarification theory, cognition development theory, to explore the exact methods of cultivating students moral choices ability.In this paper, the background against the transiting current time, the goal to develop the moral subject, the spot of the problems exist in the college students’ moral choices ability, focusing on the way to cultivate college students’ moral choices ability. This study following four areas: First, summary of the related research of the problem, as well as the definit ion of the related concepts. Second, questionnaire of the condition of the contemporary college students’ moral choices ability, to find out the problems. Third, analys is of college students’ problems to facilitat e better methods to work out. Fourth, based on discovering and analyzing problems, to raise the way of cultivat ing college students’ moral choices ability.
