| As the fundamental task of education,the moral establishment and student cultivation is the starting point and end point for college counselors to carry out all work,and it is also an important indicator and evaluation standard for college counselors’ education effectiveness.Under the guidance of the moral establishment and student cultivation,college counselors continue to consolidate and improve their core abilities,which can not only ensure that college counselors achieve the goal of the moral establishment,but also provide high-quality talent support for cultivating socialist builders and successors.This research mainly uses literature research and questionnaire surveys to study the dilemma,path and countermeasures of improving the core ability of college counselors.This research mainly consists of five parts: The first part briefly introduces the research background,significance,current situation,content,methods,innovation points and shortcomings of the core ability improvement of college counselors to the moral establishment and student cultivation.The second part explains the connotation and dialectical relationship of the moral establishment and student cultivation,and analyzes the fundamental requirements of the moral establishment and student cultivation for college counselors,that is,to cultivate newcomers of the era by referring to the standards of "Four Have" good teachers.The third part,In order to realize the fundamental task of the moral establishment and student cultivation,discuss the basic content of college counselors the moral establishment and student cultivation’s core ability.The fourth part,based on the survey of college counselors’ core ability to improvement,summarizes the positive trend of college counselors’ core ability,and analyzes the difficulties and attributions in the process of improving college counselors’ core ability.The fifth part considers the countermeasures from four aspects: correcting the professional awareness of counselors,enhancing the professional sense of belonging of counselors,improving the counselor system and mechanism,and constructing the counselor learning community,so as to help college counselors comprehensively improve the core ability of the moral establishment and student cultivation. |
