Moral empathy ability is an important part of moral ability, it requires individual mobilize their existing cognitive,use imagination, Place himself or herself in the position of others, Experience the feelings of others,when they are interaction with others,And it is alternative emotional reaction ability in himself or herself. Moral empathy ability includes cognitive component and emotion, it is the result of the two forces mutual coordination.Scholars at home and abroad mostly focus on the study of empathy in the dynamic process of empathy’s produce and influence factor. The lack of moral empathy ability’s study is relative clear, meanwhile without system. So,the research of moral empathy ability in the field of moral education has theoretical and practical significance.This article studies from ability, moral ability, and the theory of moral empathy,Combining theory with practice, Points out the necessary of cultivating moral empathy ability and effective ways.Paper contains four major parts:Part one:First of all, illustrates the moral empathy ability and the related concepts, Through the analysis of the meaning of moral empathy ability, As well as a comparative study of moral empathy ability and moral ability, and sympathy, To interpret the concept of moral empathy ability,.The second, On the basis of the definition of moral empathy ability to conclude four characteristics of moral empathy ability:The unity of Moral emotion and moral cognition, moral judgment and perspective taking, The imagination of individual and objective reality, genetic and acquired education.In the end, After careful analysis of the concept of moral empathy ability, pointed out the four structural elements of it, perspective taking, imagination, sharing and resonance of moral emotion, emotion regulation ability.Part two:The necessity and the feasibility of improving moral empathy.Firstly, study the relationship between moral empathy ability and prosocial behavior, and moral ability, To illustrate improve moral empathy ability is the require of train prosocial behavior and improve the moral ability,Secondly, consider the present situation of moral education, improve moral empathy is the necessary of reversing moral status of transition social, To overcome the traditional moral education lay particular stress on moral knowledge, to implement the basic education curriculum standard of moral education.Thirdly, from the analysis of human emotions infectious and abilitys plasticity, concluded that the cultivation of the moral empathy has feasibility.Part three:Depend on the previous analysis, the author draws on a wide range of knowledge of sociology, ethics, psychology, pedagogy and other disciplines, according to the insufficiency of current moral education, Put forward the strategies of cultivating moral empathy ability.Firstly, The choice of moral situation. Moral situation play an important role in the cultivation of the moral empathy,so, we should cultivate moral empathy in setting and real moral situation.Secondly, Guide students format and prove their moral empathy ability in emotional resonance with others, base on role play and education simulation, Emotional remembrance and sublimation, also the understanding of Micro expression and language representation of others to improve moral empathy ability.The last, we should utilize the teachers’ empathy infection to cultivate students moral empathy ability. When teachers associate with students, their high level of moral empathy ability will have an effect on students, Promote the development of students moral empathy ability.
