Analysis Of The Mixed Doubles Complete Set Of Movements Of The 15th World Aerobics Championships Under The New Cycle Rules

With the development of competitive aerobics events,the world aerobics championship has become the highest level and the most representative international event of aerobics events,which can best reflect the overall strength of the development of competitive aerobics in various countries.Step aerobics in China from 1995 into the international competition,the overall development steadily rising trend,in the 15 th world aerobics championships,the Chinese team won 1 gold,3silver and 1 bronze excellent grades have embarked on the forefront of the world aerobics development,but the mixed doubles projects has always been our weaknesses,only won the eighth place in the competition,this paper USES literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and comparative analysis and other research methods,through the new rules of the comprehensive carding,analysis between the 2013 edition with 2017 edition rules of competitive aerobics change influence on athletes,This paper discusses the comparison of the complete sets of movements of the top 8 mixed doubles in the 15 th world aerobics championship,finds out the problems and reasons of the mixed doubles events in China,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions to meet the needs of the overall development of competitive aerobics in China,in order to provide reference for improving the overall strength of competitive aerobics in China.The results are as follows:(1)New rules: the difficulty movement will be changed from four divisions to three divisions,which can better reflect the characteristics of the athletes and make up for the defects with their own advantages.Secondly,the number of changes require athletes in the selection of difficulty points will gradually increase;In terms of the number of difficulty connection,the new rule requires that three difficulty combinations can be made at most.This change mainly tests the athletes' completion rate of difficulty connection.In terms of artistic arrangement,the rules are mainly reflected in the more specific scoring standards for the operational content and the main content,and have more strict requirements on the quality of the complete set ofarrangement,which is a new challenge to the creation ability of athletes.In complete,and the change of the rules on cycle is mainly increased the measure points,new requirements for individual difficulty incorrect posture put forward corresponding points,complete sets of content,errors and mistakes in extent,increased the measure points,pay more attention to completion,the play,and other national cohesion element more diversified and make up for the deficiency of the low score,score at the same time increase the connection with artistic quality.(3)Complete quality: the mixed doubles players to complete quality has a certain gap with advanced countries,the manifestation in the complete group D difficulty when wrong action,the focus of the imbalances and foot displacement in reflect the stability of the complete action,the athletes' ability to control and balance,there is a big gap which is lead to mixed doubles players to complete the main reason for the low score in our country.(4)Gymnastics: Chinese mixed doubles athletes have low gymnastics intensity,which is manifested in the lack of lever movements of different limbs,more symmetrical movements,and lack of complex movements.The pace of movement is slow and less standardized,and it is not as good as the world's advanced team in application and spatial change,resulting in a decrease in artistic quality.(5)Artistic arrangement: China's mixed double sets of difficulty arrangement layout is unbalanced;There is diversity in the quantity of the pace arrangement of the operational contents,but it lacks the change of spatial orientation.The main content arrangement is not novel enough,the transition and connection arrangement is not innovative enough,and there is a lack of skill,difficulty and three-connection difficulty connection form.In this world championship,China's mixed doubles events lost more points because they did not grasp the new rules.Although full marks aregiven for the lifting movement,the form and duration of the lifting movement are single and lack of consistency compared with the world's top teams in terms of completion time and steps.This paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions: first,China should accurately grasp the development trend of the new cycle rules,and improve the level of artistic choreography of complete sets of movements according to the characteristics of athletes.Second,to continue to maintain the advantage of difficult movements,pay attention to athletes with high quality to complete the physical reserves,third,to encourage athletes to arrange the three-link difficult combinations of movements and connecting difficulty innovation,pay attention to the complete sets of movements to fully demonstrate the comprehensive superb technical level of Chinese athletes.Fourth,in the selection of athletes should pay attention to the selection of high talent,strong desire,high competitive level and comprehensive men's singles athletes and women's singles for mixed doubles combination,through systematic training and scientific guidance,and strive for the next world aerobics championships breakthrough.
