Class is grassroots organization of school management, is an important place for students lifting capacity and personality development. Whatever approach taken in Class management, not only to achieve the educational goals of the school, and is related to the student’s overall healthy development. Although the new curriculum reform students do not pay attention in class management phenomenon has some influence, and has been improved, but the current junior class management there are still some issues that affect students’ dominant position in the class management.The study of literature, interviews, questionnaires and observation on the current level of participation in Songshan No.2 middle school in Chifeng class management school students were investigated by collecting data show: the existence of the dominant position of the missing student phenomenon Songshan No.2 middle school in Chifeng class management, specific performance in the following aspects: First, a few students in the development of classroom management objectives; Second, class cadre selection tends appointment type; Third,class rules-making process of democracy is not high; Fourth,teachers occupy a dominant position in classroom; Fifth,is the main class meetings of positioning allowed.In-depth analysis of the survey results, leading position in the student body of the main reason for missing class management includes four aspects. From the school’s level of analysis, one-sided pursuit of high school enrollment rate, intellectual importance in the teaching process, ignoring the personality development of students; on the other hand is not in place to implement quality education, school uniform requirements importance, ignoring ability students. From the teacher’s level of analysis, on the one hand the concept behind education, and students can not correct understanding of their role in the classroom management; on the other hand is the democratic management measures in place, a single student evaluation methods. From the parents’ level of analysis, one does not establish a correct concept of family education, excessive pursuit of performance influence personality development of students; on the other hand for students to participate in classroom management did not give enough support to combat the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom management. From the student level of analysis, one consciousness weak; on the other hand lack of understanding of the connotation of classroom management. Due to the above factors led to the dominant position of the missing student in class management, hinders the overall development of the students do not meet the requirements of quality education.Through the analysis of the above factors, I think schools, teachers, parents should work closely together to solve possible problems. Propose the following countermeasures based on this: First, the school education to establish a correct concept of "student" of development as the fundamental starting point; change the existing system of teacher evaluation, try to create a positive learning environment; the establishment of student-centered campus culture. Second, the teacher in class management authority into a collective will to jointly participate in classroom management; sound class organization, student self-management insisted; organizational forms of class activities, students achieve self-development; evaluation of students to take a variety of methods, such as self-assessment, peer assessment, teacher evaluation combination. Again, parents should establish a correct concept of family education, encourage students to participate in classroom management, to exercise students ’ability to promote students’ overall development. Finally, the students themselves to raise consciousness, active participation in class management, and truly become the master of the class.
