In recent years, with the continuous economic development and social transformation of deepening social problems are becoming increasingly prominent, especially emerging issues on campus, campus violence among young people growing phenomenon, attention and thinking society. How to effectively carry out the campus violence prevention work, has become the focus of school, family, and even the whole society of common concern.In this paper based on the research of the related theory, combined with thequestionnaire study of linyi city of shandong province D middle school, deeply analyzes the youth campus violence of gender, family structure, the types of violence, the frequency and causes and other factors. During my internship in D middle school, the writer introduced by college teachers Y1 and Y2 orgnaization introduction two case. The author according to the learned knowledge, using the ideas and methods of social work intervention in youth campus violence. Collected Y1 and Y2 related data, this paper analyzes the reason of the director of the violence, forecast and analysis on the problems of egotism, formulating reasonable service targets and the involvement of the feasible solutions, seeking actively cooperate with the service object, help the two director according to the steps successfully completed the plan, achieved JiaoZhengJi violence prevention and treatment goals, to promote their healthy growth is of great significance.
