In recent years, campus violence has been a severe problem happening in more and more campus, expecially in some middle schools, caused very negative influence. The preveiling of this phenomenon not only reveals the passive impacts of some misleading social values, but also exposes the insufficience of education and management of both homes and schools, and this, has been a public concern.And this essay employs the methods of documentary study and behaviour study, from views of the campus violence victims of some the real events that happened in one middle school in Shenzhen city, and based on the cognitive behaviour theory and crises intervention theory to explore and develop the research. The author took the research from the aspect of cognitive behaviour of the violence victims, use the therapy of cognitive behaviour to change the victims’rational thinking, at the same time, with the aid of home and school to help the victims get back to normal community life. Since there are very limited number of studies on campus violence in China so far, this essay should not only focus on revealing the seriesness of the campus violence phenomenon and how to educate or punish the abuser, while should pay more attention on victims and hence give them emergency therapy.In this pragmatic study, the author applied the theory and method of social work to conduct the help for victims, and summarized the mode of social intervension in order to provide more effective methods and skills to efficiently improve our service quality for victims. And based on this, we give some very practical advices to help other social workers to better their help for victims in such cases.
