In College and Universities in China after the founding of new China for a long time mainly adopts the "dominant ideological and political education indoctrination", and achieved remarkable results. However, with the reform and opening up and socialist modernization deepening ideological culture of continuous influx of foreign country, and the impact of China’s traditional culture, people’s values have subsequently undergone profound changes, the use of single universities to "indoctrination " as the main dominant ideological and political education has been difficult to meet the requirements of ideological and political education. Therefore, the implicit ideological and political education of college systematic study is valid priority of strengthening the ideological and political education.South Korea is a typical representative of the Asian region after the developmental state of moral education modernization, Korea attaches great importance to ideological and political education and ideological and political education as the primary task of founding and rejuvenating. In a short period of time, from one of the world’s poorest regions, the rapid development of the world’s developed countries, and South Korea is closely related to the success of the ideological and political education. "Indoctrination" dominant ideological and political education is one of the main ways of moral education in colleges and universities in Korea, but also clever use of implicit ideological and political education, ideological and political education of many Korean universities appeared recessive trend, so the students in the absence of centralized instill atmosphere unknowingly receive moral education, and the effect is commendable. In this paper, from February 2013 to January 2014 at the personal feelings and harvest Korea University exchange of learning as the background, through in-depth study and analysis, study and learn Korean recessive ideological and political education methods and successful experiences and further innovation of Universities concept of ideological and political education, and improve the implementation approach of ideological and political education.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, briefly discusses there search status and research significance of China and South Korea on the Recessive Ideological and political education. The second section briefly summarizes the connotation, theoretical basis and characteristics of the recessive ideological and political education. The third part is the key part of this paper, I described the study of Recessive Ideological and Political Education during the life of the case study, in turn divided into national spirit of patriotism in Korea, full penetration of school classroom and extracurricular activities Moral four parts using material, cultivate campus culture and style "school, family, community" of environmental resources together to build and so on. The fourth part, based on the results of fieldwork experience obtained, summarized the implications of China’s implementation of the ideological and political education pathway.
