Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Implicit Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

At present,college students are in a rapidly changing era: rapid economic and social development,science and technology and information updates faster and faster with each passing day,and the traditional ideological and political education environment have undergone profound and complex changes,college students have strengthened the sense of independence,this poses higher requirements for college students' ideological and political education.Facing many new changes,the traditional dominant ideological and political education model has exposed its drawbacks and deficiencies day by day.However,the hidden ideological and political education has increasingly highlighted its value,and it can make up for the lack of explicit ideological education and meet the psychological characteristics of college students with the way of implication on college students' ideological political education,and it has a huge space for development and strong vitality.Therefore,it is the need of the development of education in the new era to carry out the theoretical research and teaching practice of the current implicit ideological and political education actively,which is of great significance in the present and future.Currently,most of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country is carried out by explicit education mode,and some achievements have been achieved in the past for quite a long time.In the face of the current new situation and new problems,the methods of ideological and political education must keep pace with the times,that is,“we should change things from time to time and make things new from time to time”.With forward-looking and predictive ability,can we adapt ourselves to the current ideological and political education environment and the changes of educational objects,and we can solve the new problems confronting college students' ideological and political education.On the basis of affirming the advantages of explicit ideological and political education,this study absorbs and draws on the relevant achievements both at home and abroad,and tries to explore an effective approach which is rich in the times and better practicality for implicit ideological and political education for college students.Therefore,the theoretical basis of implicit ideological and political education of college students was discussed in depth.The implicit ideological and political education of college students was discussed from three aspects: occupation of ideological positions in colleges and universities,coping with the rapid and diversified social information transmission and the need of all-round development of college students.The author discusses the main problems existing in the implementation process of implicit ideological and political education from the aspects of the degree of emphasis,methods and resources,and analyzes the relevant factors triggering behind it.From the three aspects of ideology,educational carrier and educational mechanism,the thesis discusses the ways of strengthening implicit ideological and political education for college students,on theory,the thesis holds the view that educators should establish the correct implicit education awareness and correctly treat,balance and deal with the relationship between explicit and implicit education;on the carrier,it is important to provide educational functions of various courses,campus culture,social practice and network platform,especially Micro blogging,WeChat,Quick Hand and some popular online social networking platform for college students,its effect on ideological and political education should be given much more attention;on the mechanism,we should perfect the evaluation system and establish the system and related machines which actively carry out the implicit ideological and political education,enhancing the attraction and practicality of ideological and political education of college students.
